Bio
Nigel Romano is a Chartered Accountant and Banker with extensive international experience in banking, finance, and public accounting. He holds degrees in Management Studies and Accounting from The University of the West Indies, an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute, and certifications in Change Management, NeuroLeadership, and the Balanced Scorecard Methodology.
As Consultant for Business Coaching & Mentoring at Moore TT, Nigel draws on more than three decades of executive leadership to guide business leaders and teams in strategy, governance, and organizational growth. His career includes senior roles such as CEO and Managing Director of JMMB Bank (T&T) Limited, Financial Services Sector Head at the ANSA McAl Group, and executive positions at Citigroup and the Caribbean Development Bank.
Nigel currently serves as Chairman of the Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute and sits on the boards of ANSA Merchant Bank Limited, Genesis Insurance Brokers and Benefits Consultants Limited, and the Electrical Industries Group. He is passionate about leadership development, corporate governance, and helping individuals and organizations realize their full potential.
