Introduction

On Friday 12th June, the Moore TT family came together – not to talk about numbers, deadlines, or deliverables – but to talk about something far more human.

Our Quarter Town Hall this year was built around a theme that many workplaces shy away from: “Giving Grief a Voice.” Because grief does not clock out when we do. It follows us into meetings, into mornings, into the quiet spaces between tasks. And for too long, too many of us have carried it silently, feeling that the workplace was not the right place to let it show.

We believe differently at Moore TT.

This year, our team spent the day together in honest, open, and deeply meaningful conversation, guided by Nicole Larsen and Camille Campbell, whose “Pathway to Healing” sessions created a space that was safe, affirming, and truly seen. The afternoon shifted beautifully into “Connecting Through Play”, led by Moore TT team members Karesse Hosein and Kimberly Paynter — a reminder that laughter, lightness, and togetherness are also part of healing.

What stayed with us most was not a slide or a statistic. It was this: when people feel acknowledged, they feel less alone. And when people feel less alone, they show up — for themselves, for their colleagues, and for the work that matters.

At Moore TT, our people are not a resource. They are who makes the firm what it is. And days like these remind us exactly why we do what we do – and how we want to do it.

To every member of our team who showed up, shared, and simply sat with us – thank you. You are seen. You are valued. And you are never alone in this space.
